The pools were very nice and relaxing. The food was well presented and very tasty.
The staff could not understand english well. The desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The wines were terrible by the glass and expensive by the bottle.

Recommend it for family with children
The food was super delicious, I can't stress this enough. Especially the festive side dishes. The reception staff were warm and cute.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what we got.

Location and lots of pools! Very modern and clean. BIG rooms!
The poolside snack bar sucks! We had to ask the chief chef just to get a bite to eat at 1:30PM for lunch. We were told we could only have chicken nuggets. They were good, but it took forever and it was a major process. Plus they didn't have any condiments. The other option was a lunch buffet for 26 Euros! Are you kidding? For lunch? I can get a fantastic lunch in Paris for that price.

Excellent pools/facilities, just across from the Dead Sea beach and a short drive to En Gedi
It would be very useful to post a phone number for the hotel if you need to call it from within Israel--I left something there and have been unable to call them!
