This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a spa & wellness center, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff even helped me print some documents during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Recommend it for family with children

The food was super delicious, I can’t stress this enough. especially the festive side dishes. Also,, the reception staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home right away.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what we got.

The hotel's decor felt refreshing, highlighting stunning Dead Sea views, just perfect for relaxation. The elevators were conveniently located, making it easy for us seniors to move around without much hassle.

The spa was a true highlight, with serene environments and treatments that recharged our spirits. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, featuring a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.

However, we faced issues with the parking situation, as the lot was often full. Additionally, reaching the Dead Sea beach involved a tiring trek down a lengthy staircase.

Great food, but needs some TLC

We spent 7 nights in the Club Classic Room with a mountain view. The food in the restaurant was top-notch, and the dining staff were super friendly. But the hotel grounds could really use some maintenance – it seemed a bit neglected. Also, people smoking around the pool was a bummer.

The hotel offers lovely views of the Dead Sea, and the pools are well maintained. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing, with stained carpets and unclean surfaces. The dining options were reasonable but not exceptional, and I encountered untrained staff, which hindered the experience.

The spa offers a serene environment, especially with the restriction of children, ensuring a peaceful experience. Breakfast is abundant and features plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, though the overall dining experience can be chaotic. Unfortunately, the maintenance appears neglected, with issues like unsecure windows and unpleasant odors from the drains detracting from comfort.

enjoy dead sea is in an excellent location, just a short walk to the beach. the outdoor swimming pool is inviting, and the spa services are top-notch. the half board dinner was delicious, including beer, which made our evenings special.

The pool can get overly crowded, with loud music blaring non-stop, making it tough to unwind. It's worth mentioning check-out time is strictly enforced at 11 AM. The magnetic key card deactivates right at that hour even if you're still outside, which is pretty unusual. Furthermore, the parking lot feels cramped and easily fills up, presenting a challenge when returning from a day out.
